About the Role

Supports customer inquiries based on their demand, translates this demand into a production plan using a forecast and provides follow up to production orders and shipments to customers on time. Responsible for new orders and order changes in collaboration with the customers, responsible to make sure customer orders requests can be successfully received by our CBS SAP system. Coordinates Sales and Operations meeting with different departments to guarantee a successful demand planning.

What You Will Do

• Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
• Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
• Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
• Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
• Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities (orders and shipments).

Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Demand Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of Demand Management; ability to effectively sense, predict, plan and manage the demand for products and services.

Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches, and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.

What is Required:

• Bachelor's degree completed. (Engineering, LRI)
• Conversational advanced level of English is needed. Communication with USA and overseas contacts is needed.
