Territory Strategic Account Manager - Veracruz

Tasks & Responsabilities:

Key outcomes:

1- Achieve assigned territory sales targets, with a strategic focus on the highest impact brands and institutions.

2- Co-create strategic plans in the territory according to the priorities of the different Product Teams along with the customer facing teams and customers, leading and evaluating the achievements in 90 days cycles, capitalizing the learnings to be more agile in the achievement of the objectives.

3- Establish and manage win to win relationships with KDMs and influencers, dominating the political map from the highest level in each state, ensuring that we incorporate the voice of the customers into our strategies.

4- Extensive knowledge of clinical and economic studies related to the diseases we are targeting, dominating our clinical studies and those of our competitors, generating confidence in the value of our brands and establishing a clear differentiation with our competitors.

5- Communicate best practices and contribute solutions to the rest of the SAM and Access Chapter Team and being an advisor to the different teams with Bayer sales to government, generating a culture of feedback in all directions with the objective of learning and continuous improvement within the different teams.

6- Proactive approach to gather information in a clear and timely manner to the appropriate areas with the idea of anticipating opportunities or threats, offering proposals and solutions for each circumstance.

7- Ensure contract growth, follow up on bids and awards hand in hand with national and state business partners, budget allocations and negotiations at all administrative levels and prepare for future negotiations to obtain the best budget allocation to our keys, eliminating any barriers that may arise.
