The Opportunity

This role will be responsible of the implementation of Wellness events and activities across LatAm tailored to the specific needs of each population in order to drive a cultural change focused on the development of healthy lifestyles: events like Reinventate Challenge, pepsico race and mental health week, Bienestars program, nutrition workshops, etc.

Your Impact

As Wellness Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Coordination of virtual and on-site Wellness Programs and events in Mexico and LATAM.
• Coordination and follow-up with vendors of the programs and activities wellness.
• Collabotarion with intern areas in Pepsico: marketing, nutrition, legal, budget, etc.
• Registration and monitoring of participation indicators and impact results.
• Actively participate in the activities of the wellness agenda.

¿Who Are We Looking For?

• BSc on Nutrition.
• At least 4 years of experience on design and implementation of wellness events, programs and activities.
• Wide knowledge on health promotion and chronic diseases.
• Excellent management of information bases and impact analysis.
• Fluid English written and spoken.
• Portuguese as added value.
