How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Digital Ad Ops Supervisor is responsible for acting as a liaison between Disney and our agencies and advertisers. The Digital Ad Ops Supervisor will leverage their in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising & programmatic ecosystem along with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills to provide exceptional client service while identifying post-sale opportunities for account growth. In this role, you will be partnered with a regional Account Executives team who sell media space on TWDC sites in Latin America. And you will be part of a regional work team. An Digital Ad Ops Supervisor is responsible for stewarding digital advertising campaigns and relationships with top-tier customer accounts. This position collaborates closely with teams across Disney to ensure that our clients have comprehensive support and superior client service both pre and post-sale. The Digital Ad Ops Supervisor understands our clients’ advertising priorities and strategies. Account Managers are also required to identify and troubleshoot any issues, and escalate accordingly, as well as demonstrate knowledge and understanding of our systems, tools, and processes.

Responsible for:

  • Responsible for coordinating the media running on TWDC digital platforms.
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns.
  • Required to test and troubleshoot creative assets across Video, Mobile, Display, HTML and podcast.
  • Displays mastery of all Disney digital ad products and their capabilities.
  • Consistently monitors and reviews campaigns to ensure proper pacing and performance.
  • Assist clients and sales teams in the billing and reconciliation process.
  • Provides superior client service.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience working in previous advertising / marketing media is appreciate.
  • Experience working in previous digital advertising is highly rated, as well as the knowledge of Operative 1.
  • Graduate / Student from advertising, Marketing or communication.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different regional teams and cultivate several teams relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Well-organized.
  • Ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time.
  • Availability to work from 2pm to 10 pm.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts during the weekend when necessary.
