The Project Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and managing large and complex global HR Expedition projects with often a strong digital component; from initiation to completion. The role will coordinate cross-functional global teams, set project goals, develop project plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution of deliverables. • Identify and collect ideas, business requirements and needs, define the scope and feasibility of the project and define project objectives, within agreed project management guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, milestones, resource allocation, and timeline.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Create support for complete project approach (objectives, planning etc), update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution, involve stakeholders in decision making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders
• Keep up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimise the implementation of and support for these within the global HR Function of FrieslandCampina

In this role you are part of the Digital & Projects Team and you will be reporting to the Director Digital & Projects.
