Supply Chain Finance Intern
Description -
We are looking for University Students to work part-time at HP as a college intern during their last year of study.
The Intern will be part of Supply Chain Finance for 1 year approximately, collaborating in the Costing and Accounting process for Americas region. This role requires interactions with other finance functions like Controllership, Tax, Market Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Collections. Outside of Finance such as Logistics, Operations, etc.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks such as:
Costing & Accounting
Analysis of cost fluctuation
Pulling financial reports for month end close
Tracking of approvals provided by Finance
Education and Experience Required:
Currently enrolled in a University Degree with 1 year left to graduation (Accounting, Finance, Finance Engineering)
May have experience as a financial analyst
May have experience in more than one finance function
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
Good analytical skills.
Good business application skills (Microsoft Excel & Power Point).
Database management and consolidation.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good English communication skills
Good teamwork skills.
Proactive, multi-tasking skills
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
Macros programming in Excel
Power BI & SAP knowledge
