What awaits you?

• Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to internal controls.
• Analyze accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Manage year-end closing activities, financial reporting, budget/forecast planning, and audit preparation.
• Ensure accurate reporting to PAC-Provider (UUID) and SAT (Mexican tax authority) compliance.
• Manage freight costs effectively.
• Implement assigned projects related to accounts payable.
• Oversee the Intercompany AP processes for the San Luis Potosi plant.
• Identify and report on potential risks and opportunities within the accounts payable function using key performance metrics.

You should bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable financial processes and related IT systems (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of internal control structures, internal and external audit procedures, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
• Ability to prepare and present clear and concise management reports tailored to the target audience (associates, Technology Directors).
• Proficiency in SAP systems.
• Basic understanding of production processes relevant to Accounts Payable.
• Ability to provide support and act as a backup to the Team Lead Accounts Payable when required.
• Fluent English language skills.
