Requirements:
• Increase the caption of new revenue through the execution of focused strategies.
• High level conversations to define punctual point of actions according to the specific needs of each line of business.
• Work closely with all wholesale having a deep knowledge of the needs of each LoB to elaborate specific projects and integral proposals with other areas such as: GTRF, Payroll, FX.
• Identify focal pain points for internal/external commercial GPS process to correct them and improve fee charging process, this will directly have an effect in TOI increase, particularly in NFI.
• Managing the coordination of national commercial events to potentiate the increase attracting new clients and new operations/ services with existing clients. Empathy and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible commercial strategies.
• Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills
