• you have a perfect natural sense of curiosity to understand details thoroughly
• your strategic thinking and business acumen enable you to drive decisive actions for customer-focused, optimal results
• you role-model responsibility, ownership, and a proactive approach to drive change and improvements
• you demonstrate proficiency in machinery conceptualization, execution, and optimization
• you bring in-depth knowledge of packaging machinery and technology, automation, and interaction with packaging materials
• profound project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential
• degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is required
• you have working experience of minimum of 10 years in a similar role preferably within the dairy or food packaging industry
• proven mastery in collaborating with internal and external partners to drive technological advancements
• willingness to travel abroad for e.g. projects meetings, factory and supplier visits

Your role involves collaborating on the design and refinement of packaging machinery, working closely with external suppliers and internal experts.

From process optimization on current equipment to CAPEX projects, you drive and define key functionality, features, and design of our machinery with stakeholders.

Utilize and multiply your expertise for feasibility studies, testing, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and sustainability impact.

Drive innovation via purposeful roadmaps, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage projects efficiently in interdisciplinary global teams.

Your technology knowledge is crucial in driving selection of partners and machinery to meet our standards now and in future.

The Fill&Pack Technology team is part of our Global Supply Chain organization and ensures technical solutions and equipment at the lowest possible Total Cost of Ownership.
