In order to fulfill this we are looking for a Systems Quality Management Expert.

The Systems Quality Management Expert is responsible for establishing, evolving, and delivering quality standards; ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, compliance; managing requirements and demands towards suppliers; performing validation and verification; collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to introduce and maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Stakeholders: Head of quality systems, Head of Operations and Partnerships, Head of Service & Installed base, head of Development and Technology. Multiple quality functions within FCP and Make organizations.

• Integral Quality Standards and Management per System
• Consumable Quality management per System
• Appliance Quality Management per System
• Customer Satisfaction Management
• Change and Development Initiatives
• Risk Management, including hazard analysis and risk management

The team consists of the Quality And Standards manager who leads the team of professionals. Another Systems Quality Management Expert as well as a Testing and Validation Expert are part of the team. Furthermore, there is support from external organisations on different expert topics when required.
