Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the area's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) based on the Quality, Cost and Safety Objectives, to guarantee compliance with the production ticket.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related.
• Previous experience in a similar position as production leader.
• Trouble shooting tools.
• English advanced level is required ( upper B2 ).
• KPI´s management.
• In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
• Leader Standard Work Management.
• Generation of responsability and empowerment.
• Results oriented
