The Controller S&OP will be supporting financial decision making in the S&OP process by providing financial insights while taking into account Go to Market and Make priorities to optimize our profit and inventory levels.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to constructively challenge cross functional teams
- Experience working in multi functional groups & matrix organization
- Prior experience in business partnering roles or financial planning & analysis
- Enable senior stakeholders to make data & fact based decisions
- Bachelors / Masters with 3-4 years work experience in Finance roles
- Position is based in Amersfoort (Hybrid which is 2 days at the office)

Accountabilities
- Financially supports scenario analysis and decision making in the S&OP processes
- Create E2E insight of the decisions taken in the S&OP process, as they are often based on valorisation and variable cost insights, to understand impact on GtM Profitability / Capacity Result and Inventory levels
- Create insight in the dynamic between milk allocation / demand driven volume development / supply driven volumes
- Bring the S&OP process from volume to value. Provide the financial departments (commercial controllers / factory controllers) the data sets to be used for the financial outlook
- Ensure one consistent set of data is used in financial as well as S&OP outlook
- Consolidate / maintain S&OP data & financial metrics for tracking on monthly basis
Dimensions
Working in the Global Plan & Deliver Finance department (11 FTE), as part of the S&OP controlling team (3 FTE) responsible for the financials aspect of the S&OP process.

S&OP teams, BG commercial controllers, Make cluster controllers, Plan and Logistic controllers, Inventory controllers

The position is based in Amersfoort Head Office with the Global Supply Chain Plan & Deliver Finance division which consists of 11 FTEs & you will report into the S&OP Controlling manager.
