Production Supervisor

Your tasks

  • Support the recruiting department with participation in interviews for positions that require it.
  • Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, production schedule tracking, employee attendance and satisfaction of employees)
  • Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with others internal departments, guarantee non-interruption of customer deliveries.
  • Support and leadership in the area of ​​continuous improvement for the production team.
  • Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.
  • Support the policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations of the company as well as follow up on corrective actions following the process and the processes for documentation and reporting.

  • 2 years of experience
  • Industrial Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer
  • knowledge in SAP, Core Tools, Problem Solving
