The role:
As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure at Critical Manufacturing at our office in Tijuana, Mexico and as part of our Global IT Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a strong technical background and is passionate about managing enterprise-level systems and networks.

What you will do:

• Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
• Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to employees
