About the job

RHI Magnesita is looking for a Payroll Professional Jr. in Ramos Arizpe, MX!

Payroll Professional Jr. Manager will be responsible for the Attract to Grow area which will be responsible for Payroll Professional (USA Y CAN)

This hybrid position will report to the Head of Global Shared Services NAM and will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time

Payroll Profesional Jr tasks include:

General accounting knowledge.
SAP system management.
Customer service (USA).
Advanced English
Analysis of accounting policies of the provision of Payroll (USA).
Provision of special payroll payments.
Analysis of payroll account reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly reports of special payroll payments (commissions, bonuses, etc).
Special audits.

About you

Do you have:

Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance
MBA is preferable
1 Years’ Experience in Payroll related is required
Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)
Excellent knowledge in English is required
SAP is a plus
Financial statements
Audit Support
Good understanding of business processes
Strong experience in the function and leadership role desirable
Sense of urgency and analytical skills that can provide forward-thinking solutions with a holistic view
Positive mindset, and strong decision-making ability
