Finance Trainee

Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Finance Trainee who is primarily responsible to register invoices, monitoring temporary liabilities and system problems, leasing registration, bank registers and general support of Accounts Payable activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Review of invoices to register.
• Previous payments review.
• Tracking of declined payments
• Monitoring of suppliers and employee´s payment advances.
• Confirm available funds for payments.
• Expense report review.
• Reconciliation of prepayments.
• Bank registers

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of Account Payable processes.
• Strong communicator, analytical, team player, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic.
