The Procurement excellence manager is responsible for the procurement excellence strategy and action plan. Making sure Frieslandcampina Procurement remains at or beyond benchmark. He/She acts as a change/transformation leader on innovation, process, tools and focusses on continuous improvement within the department.

Candidate requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience specifically in the field of Procurement excellence, project management or driving continuous improvement
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)

The Procurement excellence manager reports to the Procurement Director Center of Excellence and collaborates closely with other excellence mangers. The main responsibilities are:

• Generate and maintain roadmap
• Project/program management.
• Makes sure the right governance and priorities are in place.
• Manages key cross-functional stakeholders around the procurement excellence plans and priorities.

• Global Process Ownership
• Project/program governance
• Procurement application landscape mgmt. with IT and product ownership for procurement applications (Coupa, Supplier connect, Sirius cost price modelling, advanced sourcing tools like Ariba and Keelvar).
• Support Quality and Compliance for Procurement.
• Project management & execution
• Procurement training, campus
