We are looking for a Bookkeeper Accountant who will be responsible for the accounting processes at one company or a low volume of operations within a small group of companies.

The main activities for this position are:

• Journal Entries in Accounting SW.
• Make Changes in SW for client information.
• Track and control AP and AR.
• Reporting incomes and expenses.
• Periodic reconciliations: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly.
• Maintain historical records.
• Invoicing: data entry, sending, and follow up until receive the payment.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Control processes.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Related experience in the accounting areas of 2 to 4 years.
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles in English
• Experience working with accrual and cash accounting basis.
