Salesforce Comms Cloud consultant will work directly with the client business and IT stakeholders to understand, design and help implement the Salesforce Communication Cloud for B2B market. Candidate should:

1. Have experience in large scale transformation in the telecom industry
2. Have experience with client interaction and requirement analysis
3. Have experience with solution design
4. Have experience in product and catalog design and configuration in Salesforce Industries enterprise product catalog
5. Have experience in pricing, discounting and promotions design and configuration in Salesforce Industries Configure-Price-Quote
6. Have a deep understanding of how Salesforce Industries CPQ works, including cart APIs, out-of-the-box components, catalog and digital commerce APIs
7. Have a deep understanding of B2B telecom commercial and technical product models and product lifecycle
8. Have a good understanding and implementation experience of TMForum API specifications
9. Have hands-on experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud and platform
10. Be a native Spanish (Mexico) speaker
