This position is accountable for inside sales of a broad range of technical products/solutions for Industrial Automation Offer reporting to a Sales Manager. It's in charge of r espond ing to group of customers (portfolio) inquiries , sales opportunities and addresses the needs to meet sales objectives of industrial automation inside sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Follows set goals and objectives , executes establishes call plans and strategies and executes the inside sales plan.
  • Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences.
  • Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.
  • Assists management in training inside Sales Support personnel on products/solutions/services application and pricing.


Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Recent Grad and or + 1 years of experience in selling products solution by phone, email and others digital tools.
