What You Will Do

Design of models 2D and 3D for Spare parts

Mold improvements

Fixtures Design

Mold Flow / Moldex evaluation

Die heads design

Drawings evaluation

EOAT Support design

Follow up / tracking corrections in series molds

Tool Room Support with visual aids and design discrepancies

Following up for internal documentation, 3D, 2D Models

ECTR (PLM) updates

Support RFQ with models

Follow up design with core team

Warranty design evaluation (with Purchasing)

Replacement tool analysis

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in design of molds and spare parts

• Design software (NX Siemens, Autocad, Inventor, Solid Works, Cimatron)

• Strong English Skills (Conversational and written) MUST

• GD&T MUST

• Mold Flow/ Moldex Simulation

• Steel properties Knowledge CAD CAM
