Your responsibilities

• Obtaining Account Statement from suppliers.
• Generation of tickets with Accounts Payable, to resolve discrepancies.
• Obtaining invoices/Purchase Order documents with discrepancies.
• Resolution of material discrepancies with the warehouse physically (shortage/surplus).
• Coordination with Supply/Purchasing/Supplier to correct orders with price errors.

• Advanced level of Excel.
• Good organization/data control.
• Work under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork focused on objectives.
• Diagrams reading (desirable).
