Lead Systems Architect (Spanish Speaking) "Pega" - #7471690

What success looks like in this role:

• Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
• Implement best practices and standards for Pega development and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
• Manage deployment and post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting and support.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega features and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification as a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in Pega systems architecture and development.
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
• English spoken skills.
• Proficient understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Willingness to align work hours with the Mexican time zone (GMT-6).
