The Warehouse Supervisor shall administrate the Warehouse Forklift Drivers of Landis+Gyr Reynosa in order to assure the effective and efficient supply chain services from Receiving, Warehousing, Logistics and Shipping areas.

In this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will:

• Supervise the receiving Process of direct and indirect Raw Material
• Supervise the receiving Process of others inputs for the Manufacturing Location in Reynosa
• Supervise the warehousing of the direct manterial in our Receiving area
• Maintain the accuracy of the data in SAP for the assigned areas such: receiving, warehouse, finish goods and transfer locations
• Release material to production area accordingly with the Internal customers
• Supervise the shipping process of finish goods/Modules/RA's/Raw Materials & Equipments to the customer
• Track and solve issue related to customer shipments using the support of the Logistics Data Clerk
• Responsible for the Physical inventory of all SAP assigned locations in the 3 shifts
• Implement and tracking every process used in the areas under the control of Warehouse/Logistics areas
• Implement and tracking 5S discipline in the areas under the control of warehouse
• Perform and tracking the reports/scorecards and goals/metrics assigned to these areas
• Implement corrective and preventive actions due to internals audits or inventory analysis
• Assure the required training to the personal of the area
• Supervise the Pharr DC operations, and requirements
• To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

Required Experience:

• Bachelor degree/or 10 years warehouse field experience
