Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role involves managing all aspects related to salary payments, including calculating hours worked, deductions, taxes, and benefits of the WFM Project, working closely with HR and Policy & Process.

Your Impact

As Analista de Nomina your functions would consist of:

  • Payroll Processing: Support payroll process with key business leads.
  • Time and Attendance Tracking: Supervise and maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, as well as absences and leaves.
  • Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all payroll-related activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports and analyses on labor costs, payroll trends, and other relevant data for managerial decision-making.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or HR environment.
  • Ability to perform accurate calculations and analyze payroll-related data.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in a deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and managers.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Bi.
