Responsibilities
Attend daily operations meetings
Collect information for the operation
Contact with the client
Weekly control of the recognition of entry to the PL
Monitoring of personnel registrations in PL contracts
Revenue DT generation
Compilation of internal documentation
Administrative control of critical documentation with the client for collection and billing in a timely manner.
Direct dealings with the client to monitor collection and billing
Support to Operations in the generation of purchase orders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or technical degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience handling collections, billing and purchasing.
Copades with client (Pemex, Annex C)
Experience in the administrative part of contracts with Pemex
Experience in cost control, collecting and analyzing information
Experience using JD Edwards preferred
