• Work with ServiceNow incidents, both automatic or raised by users
• Follow detailed support protocols, workflow and outlines
• Escalate cases based on complexity, priority and client requirements
• Validate data on websites of financial organizations
• Work with case sensitive data under tight SLA's

• 2+ years of Level 1 experience in Application Support
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (reporting (Power BI for at least 1 year), data analysis, data manipulation techniques)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with clients
• Ability to understand what macroeconomic category certain data may relate to
• Self-motivated personality and excellent problem-solving skills, can-do attitude

• ITIL knowledge
• Experience in Financial / Banking Companies
• English B2+
