Auxiliar Administrativo en Mantenimiento - #7493755

As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the maintenance area, you will be responsible for working closely with the Plant Manager to perform plant administrative tasks in our plant in Saltillo! Reporting directly to the Maintenance Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the generation and controlling the quotation process.
• Create purchase orders, working and collaborating with the responsible internal areas.
• Evaluation and follow up of administrative and operative personnel courses.
• Make reports of absenteeism and rotation reports.
• Inventory management and EHS formats (IATF and TPM), and score reports.
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance programs, with the support of the maintenance manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administrative career.
• At least 3 years proven or equivalent experience in similar positions.
• Computer understanding is desirable.
• Be passionate working with the internal team to achieve and reach our plant goals.
