Position Title: HRBP Leader Employee Relations
Location: Acuna Plant
Reports To: HR Sr. Manager
The HR Leader provides support, counsel, advice, and education to our plant employees. This role ensures our ways of working maintain and adhere to and comply with requirements according to the Mexican regulations, policies, and budget. Ensuring the leaders are aware of the company philosophy, goals, procedures, generate strategies to improve the department KPIs and maintain a healthy work environment along the areas.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the labor relations area (disciplinary actions, terminations, labor sues/demands)
· Strategic partner in the relation with the union
· Administrate the employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, uniforms.
· Ensure full compliance with the MX Labor Law, RIT, and Corporate policies
· Implement plans and programs to improve our KPIs.
· Oversees the benefit and compensation programs.
· Administrate the engagement & recognition program.
· Administrate the department budget.
· Assess and report attendance, absenteeism, and KPIs.
· Resolves internal conflicts with employees, promote a healthy work environment.
· Attend government inspections and internal audits.
· Manage the internal communication program.
· Administrate the vacations and change of shifts with the employees.
