Objective:
Leading the global accounts department's efforts towards successful onboarding, as well as the identification, tracking, and resolution of client conflicts.
Main Functions and responsabilities:
Management of New Clients Onboarding, presentation to work teams, and resolution of inquiries regarding operational commencement and billing; Receipt and Identification of Documents by the Sales Department and Clients File Safekeeping; Identification of recurring issues in processes related to the Client, Ticket Logging, Solution Tracking with the corresponding department, and notification of solution to the Client; Addressing new Client requirements, proposal development, and closure with existing Clients; Notification of new requirements to the Operations Department; Update of Client Technical Profile; Update of Service Provision Contract; Update of Client File (once a year); Responsible for Monthly Billing Process initiation; Interaction with Operations in over 12 countries; Responsible for communication between the company and the client.
