Job Title: Senior Import/Export Bilingual Specialist

Location: Tijuana, MX

Overview of Role:

Anexo 24 & Anexo 31 database validation to ensure their integrityas well as submit the download reports of annex 31. Ideal candidate must have basic loyal values as well as respect, responsibility, compromise, honesty, integrity and discipline.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

• Implement action plans based on the operation's opportunities.
• Optimize time and resources
• Manage transportation requirements.
• Manage the operations of the department, as well as the management and presentation of customs documents.
• Manage and control the inventory of annex 24
• Monitor industry regulations and compliance issues related to import and export of goods.
• Prepare reports on various activities of the operation
• Import-Export Operation (Invoicing, Logistics, Customs Brokerage coordination, follow up on deliveries, Hazmat permits, FDA requirements, international shipments).
• Virtual Administration and Closing - Review and Closing of Consolidated Orders (Raw Material, Finished Product, Scrap)
• Fixed Assets Administration and Control
• Review and control of Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarder expense accounts
• Knowledge in VAT & IEPS Certification and Annex 31, discharges.
• Procedures in VUCEM, PROSEC, Rule Eight, extensions. Knowledge in NAFTA certificates of origin, rules of origin. Experience and requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Knowledge/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, in International Business & Customs or related
• Intermediate knowledge of Office tools
• 3 + years of experience in related field, 2 years of experience may be accepted with proved experience.

Skill and Abilities:

• High focus in his/her activities
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Must possess harmony dealing with team members and determinations to affront eventualities during the process
• Strong stress management resolution
• Excellent disposition
