Our Client

They provide process and technology to service condominium associations, boards, and unit owners across Connecticut.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to phone calls and emails
• Work order creation, follow-up, and follow-through
• Administration and coordination of property-specific maintenance-related items
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings
• Vendor correspondence
• Respond to requests for various maintenance items via email and phone
• Coordinate property-specific maintenance-related items
• Review and distribute Board packages in accordance with the meeting schedule in contract
• Compose violation letters, notice and hearing letters, and other unit owner correspondence within the deadlines provided

Schedule

Monday to Friday

• Standard schedule: 8:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time. (30 min lunch)
• Daylight saving in the USA: 7:00 to 15:00 Mexico City time. (30 min lunch)

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

MUST: Advanced-Native English (verbal and written)

• Experience with a similar role.
• HOA experience
• Tech savvy.
• Strong abilities to de-escalate situations.
• Be able to handle difficult customers.
