Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and collection of outstanding customer accounts.

• Maintain collections for clients/cluster/BU and ensure timely collection of all

• invoice types, credit reporting and analysis/review.

• On account monitoring and day to day management of teams assigned.

• Conduct portfolio reviews with collectors and analysts.

• Handle and receive escalation business to business collections calls.

• Coordination with clusters and dispute teams.

• Prepare report on status of collection activities.
