El Operador de CMM es responsable de la máquina CMM en un turno y se encarga de establecer los estándares de calidad en este proceso, colaborar con otras áreas de moldeo para alcanzar el nivel requerido.

Responsabilidades
- Aseguramiento de calidad: verificar los elementos visual, funcional y dimensional utilizando los estándares de LEGO.
- Programar el CMM. Colaborar con otras áreas globales y locales para obtener el apoyo necesario, como nuevas herramientas o aprobaciones temporales o desviaciones en moldes.
- Seguimiento de material no conforme: dar disposición sobre el material no conforme siguiendo los procedimientos.
- Colaboración: entrega efectiva del turno, comunicar decisiones sobre calidad que los colegas necesiten conocer para calibrar.
- Elaborar informes dimensionales, analizar resultados de medición (detectar tendencias o impactos en otros diseños o moldes similares, verificar medidas, etc.), mantener los 5's dentro del área, reportar cualquier afectación al equipo, participar en análisis de resolución de problemas cuando sea necesario y reportar diariamente los indicadores en los tableros.

•Educacion: Carrera Técnica en maquinas y herramientas o afín.
•Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en el área de calidad, preferentemente en procesos de moldeo, como inspector de calidad o especialista.
•Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, atención a los detalles, trabajo en equipo
•Conocimiento: Microsoft Office, SAP (deseable), Inglés básico (técnico)
