As a Data Analyst & Management Mid at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business performance and inform strategic decision-making. Working closely with the management team, you will identify key performance indicators, develop data models, and generate insightful reports that provide actionable insights. In addition to data analysis, you will also be responsible for managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, analyze and interpret large data sets of technical documents
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing data analysis capabilities
• Develop data models and dashboards that provide actionable insights for the management team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver high-quality reports and analysis
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the data analysis process
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
