Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The right candidate for this role possess the technical ability, problem solving skills, and communication skills, as well as the administration, review and supervision of ongoing projects, as the development and solution of new future projects.

As an individual the ideal candidate is independent, highly motivated, super organized, hyper-flexible and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Your Impact

As a SC Automation Sr Engineer your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Make sure all projects are completed efficiently and in a timely fashion.
  • Comply with all EHS procedures and standards during activities.
  • Problem-solving skills, strong critical thinking and creative skills, ability to manage projects and suppliers. Leading teams, working focused on objectives.
  • Facilitator of solutions to the different teams of the organization.
  • Standardizes methodologies and good practices for project management in the organization.
  • Review and administration of Capex Intelligence spending of the different assigned projects.
  • Review of quotes and order requests for the execution of the different activities in the project.
  • Continuous coordination of the project, delegating activities to the different supervisors by company.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Leadership and good management of technical and administrative personnel.
  • 2 to 3 years of knowledge and experience in mechanics, electricity, automation and control.
  • Skill and dexterity when faced with solutions under pressure.
  • Review of plans and engineering projects to be executed.
  • Control and management of budgets.
  • Fluent English is a MUST

  • Effective communication with supervision, managers and direction.
  • Leadership and continuous management of suppliers.
  • Solution and control against possible unexpected events.
  • Responsibility, Pro-activity and Assertiveness.
  • Identify, propose, evaluate and solve.
