- Review and analyze import/export transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to trade regulations
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Provide training and support to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on changes to trade regulations
- Assist with the preparation and submission of trade compliance reports and documentation
- Provide guidance to management on trade compliance risks and opportunities
Your qualifications
- Strong understanding of Export controls & Sanctions regulations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Having good understanding and insights of the business needs
- Relationship buildin skills to maintain a long-term relation with internal and external key business partners.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade compliance or a related field
- Enjoying working in a complex stakeholder landscape
- Experienced in SAP and (related) reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A conceptual and operational strong person
- Down to earth, concrete, straightforward way of working.
