Your Role

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to assist our Talent team with administrative and talent acquisition-related tasks. As an Intern in Gensler's Mexico office, you will join our creative office environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity. Please note that the start date of the internship can be flexible, however you must be available for a minimum internship duration of three months.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the talent acquisition team on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees.
  • Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally.
  • Build candidate pipelines for the talent acquisition team.
  • Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system.
  • Pre-screen candidates as needed (asking for samples/portfolios, etc) and upload info in database.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

  • Proven experience working in an office environment.

  • 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • The ability to work as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills.
