Your Role
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to assist our Talent team with administrative and talent acquisition-related tasks. As an Intern in Gensler's Mexico office, you will join our creative office environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity. Please note that the start date of the internship can be flexible, however you must be available for a minimum internship duration of three months.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the talent acquisition team on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees.
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally.
- Build candidate pipelines for the talent acquisition team.
- Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system.
- Pre-screen candidates as needed (asking for samples/portfolios, etc) and upload info in database.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Detail-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
