What do you get to do in this position?

As a Data Analyst for Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and conducting statistical analyses on large datasets. Your findings will be utilized to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and strategies. You will need strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and software, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. This communication needs to be done in English.

Additionally, this individual will support the progress reporting and tracking of the TA Strategy

More than two years of experience and domain in the following skills:
