We are looking for an Accounts Receivable analyst responsible for the accounting processes at one company or a low volume of operations within a small group of companies.

The main activities for this position are:

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Review and file monthly financials
• Review budgets & process billings
• Work with collection agencies regarding delinquent accounts
• Create/prepare billing statements
• Process late fees/interest
• Input monthly reimbursable
• Enter new residents into the accounting system accurately
• Assist with annual tasks related to CPA reviews and tax preparations
• Respond to related inquiries from homeowners

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENGLISH LEVEL
• Around 1 year of experience with Accounts Receivable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong typing, data entry, and general computer skills with good
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
