As a Project Manager Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Production Manager (PM) in the execution of projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing administrative assistance and ensuring operational efficiency within the production team.

1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Production Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.
2. Project Coordination: Support the PM in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and client specifications.
3. Communication Facilitation: Facilitate open communication between internal stakeholders, including team members, and other departments, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the production process.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in generating project estimates, maintaining project documentation, and compiling progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges in project execution to the PM, offering proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

• Degree in progress in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
