As an Accounts Payable Supervisor you’ll play a vital role in our success by ensuring the correct management of the working capital and cash flow of the entities. Management of supplier payment days.

Management of policies and procedures according to group and local guidelines for payment control and fraud.

• Carry out procedures in accordance with global and group policies to manage the payment process to suppliers
  
• Is often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enablescoaching of team members
  
• Participates in transactional work as required as well.
  
• Conducts planning and oversight with execution
  
• Supports team members in the accounts payables process
  
• Has responsibility for incoming OCR, invoice processing and paymentprocessing
  

• Advanced English Level Required.
  
• Min 5 years of experience (4+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable, P2P Source to Pay environment
  
• Advance Excel Skills
  
• Collection experience in Global B2B (highly preferred)
  
• Good analytical and negotiating skills with attention to detail
  
• Strong People and Leadership skills.
  
• Exposure to work with global finance community.
  
• Stakeholder Management.
  
• Lead process improvement and technology implementation projects.
  
• Team focal and first level of escalation
  
• Develop and lead team of specialists
