Hogarth is looking for a Producer Trainee
What does a Producer Trainee do at Hogarth?

​The Producer Trainee is an entry-level for a fast learner person, eager to fulfill great tasks while entering the Audiovisual Industry in a major league environment. Main support of the team of Producers, helping them manage different aspects of integrated production: budgeting, scheduling, arranging presentations, coordinating production events, executing pre-production tasks and closing contractual and financial aspects of projects are some of the guided duties this role will performe. Also responsible for tasks related to the physical infrastructure of the production facilities and equipment, under the supervision of the Head of Primary Production.​

Duties:
  • Supporting primary production activities. This includes but is not limited to:​
    1. Bidding / Budgeting (Excel expertise desired)​
    2. Scheduling and project follow-ups.​
    3. Financial and technical support for all productions​
  • Ensure efficient utilization of Hogarth’s resources.​
  • Collaborate with account, creative, and client teams to ensure creative productions, meet client expectations and remain on brand message, adapting to multiple time-zones.​
  • Support on call sheets and access control with the security team to our facilities and on external productions.​
  • Utilize internal online platforms for financial processes.​
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure the Primary Production Tracker is on point.​
  • Contribute to Hogarth Mexico and Worldwide office agencies culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion and leading by example.
Requirements:
  • Passionate and detail oriented.​
  • Strong interest on shooting and production, as well as the advertising and audiovisual industry.​
  • Currently studying Business or Marketing. Communication and Film students must have an analytic and number-oriented mindset.​
  • Interest on the latest production technology and innovations.​
  • Eagerness to learn how to support physical productions (from bidding to pre-production and shootings).​
  • Preparing decks and presentations.​
  • Understanding of the social media landscape and best practice on relevant platforms: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.​
  • Advanced English is a plus​
  • Able to work independently and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders within the agency.​
  • Ideal proficiency in MacOS, Microsoft Office.​
  • Though not required, production equipment knowledge and Adobe Creative Suita are an even bigger plus.​
