Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations balance long term strategies and short term imperatives to optimise their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organisation’s business objectives. We help enhance organisations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programmes from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree  

  

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 year(s)  

Minimum English Proficiency: C1 Level

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business (Finance, Accounting, MIS, Economics, etc.), Engineering, Computer Science

  • Preferred Experience: 3 Years of Experience in Project Management at a Big 4 or like consulting firm

  • Certification(s) Preferred: PMP, CSM, CSPO, SA, SPC, POPM, or SSM

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:  

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge & understanding of clients and provides delivery effectiveness in the following five primary areas:  

  • Enterprise Program Management - working in the assessment of client needs and capabilities

  • Providing tools, methodologies, and guidance to establish or improve client delivery 

  • Supporting delivery planning, scoping, dependency/risk management, resources deployment, quality control and reporting 

  • Strategy, Governance, and Management - supporting the team in providing advice and oversight to clients in evaluation of delivery alternatives, and assisting in structuring a plan & mobilizing resources to deliver outcomes 

  • Supporting delivery execution through evaluation of delivery roadmaps and providing recommendations for effectiveness 

Planning & Execution Management

  • Demonstrating proven abilities and success as a team leader

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations

  • Respecting the work-life quality of team members

  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner

  • Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues 

  • Developing a delivery roadmap 

  • Defining work to be completed  

  • Defining timeline and duration of activities  

  • Analyzing and overseeing the execution of the schedule to ensure contractual obligations are met  

Financial & Value Management

  • Advising clients on IT and/or compliance issues and the overall best course of action while considering cost, effort, risk and potential outcomes

  • Facilitating agreement on approach, methodologies and tools to promote alignment with client's strategic objectives

  • Establishing plan to increase delivery governance 

Asset Management

  • Possessing a clear end-to-end understanding of the procurement process

  • Establishing that appropriate lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from all key stakeholders

Communication & Knowledge

  • Demonstrating proven abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs

  • Actively participating in client discussions and meetings

  • Communicating a broad range of Firm services

  • Managing projects including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
