Software Licensing Operations Specialist

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing a broad range of moderately complex electronic software processes as part of the Software Lead to Cash organization. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics by Software Lead to Cash and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to the global business unit and project teams.

Responsibilities
• Manages a broad range of moderately complex electronic software licensing and fulfillment processes, vendor purchase order management, inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations typically with a large or complex global business unit.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations. Independently executes the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
• Collaborates on New Product Introduction process and product readiness for software ordering and licensing.
• Coordinates or leads regional and global business unit teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Articulates findings to management.
• Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
• Mentors junior-level staff.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
