Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The main purpose of the role is to execute US HR Operations Payroll portfolio services (Inputs / Hires / Changes / Terminations) leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and service level agreement fulfilment.

Your Impact:

As HR Operations Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Execute US portfolio services (Variable Payments Review / Hires / Changes / Terminations):
  • Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture incidence information in payroll system
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls.
  • Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring Service level agreement compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Knowledge in payroll, accounting or finance processes
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Advance English is required - oral and written communication skills
