Accounts Payable Analyst - #7830580

• Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Email and Call Handling Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. This position entails overseeing, organizing, and addressing all email and call communications concerning vendor invoices, payment inquiries, and other accounts payable issues. The preferred candidate should have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and understanding of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming emails related to accounts payable, coordinate with teams to resolve non-payment issues, draft email templates, and provide clear information to vendors and internal customers.

• Proficient in preparing metrics and documentation for management review.

• Handle inquiries by providing accurate information to vendors or internal customers regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and accounts payable matters, coordinating with teams to address vendor concerns and resolve issues.

• Position reports directly to staff in India with a local matrix reporting structure.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Accounting or equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven experience in email and call handling, accounts payable, and strong organizational skills for multitasking.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.

• Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets (Advanced level), Microsoft Office, and email management tools.

• Hybrid position.
