The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to supervise Sales Payroll services leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities.
This services are currently migrating from Hyderabad HUB to México HUB and this position will be key in the transition process (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live and Satabilization) to ensure operation enablement and stabilization avoiding business disruption.

Your Impact
As HR Ops Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Guarantee Sales Payroll portfolio services execution.
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation in order to enhance business processes.
- Leverage technology to omptimize payroll efficiency.
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person.
- Ensure proper execution of Sales Payroll processes through operational team:
- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
- Capture incidence information in payroll system
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls
- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Track and Report KPIS and SLAs for Payroll processes
- Plan and overview work load of extended team
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
- Act as point person for Sales Payroll processes audits
¿Who Are We Looking For?
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Functional knowledge for human resources processes
- Previous experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
