Diseñador Instruccional - #7832745

Responsable de diseñar contenidos de capacitación de alto impacto para el personal del concesionario, desarrollando materiales de entrenamiento online y presencial ágiles y muy atractivos acerca de las iniciativas que surgen en las distintas áreas internas.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Realizar propuestas de contenidos y materiales de los cursos o programas solicitados por las áreas internas de acuerdo con la necesidad del proyecto.

• Definir de acuerdo al programa de entrenamiento que se trate, modalidad de contenido, duración, tipo de material de capacitación y formato.

• Desarrollar insumos para realización de audiovisuales tales como presentaciones, escaletas, redacción de textos y esquemas para infografías, dípticos, o cualquier interactivo digital.

• Crear la estrategia de aprendizaje a través de contenidos ágiles y de alto impacto, así como actividades y dinámicas atractivas que mejoren la retención y la transferencia de conocimiento a los participantes.

• Solicitar la validación del cliente interno acerca de los contenidos de capacitación a liberar, así como realizar los ajustes necesarios según sea el caso.

• Revisar los resultados de satisfacción de los participantes respecto a los contenidos para la mejora subsecuente en el desarrollo de los mismos.

Cualificaciones:

• Licenciatura en Pedagogía o afines.

• mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas de capacitación y entrenamiento, con la creación de contenidos.

• Manejo de softwares y herramientas digitales para la creación de cursos, presentaciones, dinámicas de aprendizaje, etc.

• Habilidades de selección y síntesis de información.

• Habilidad para trabajar por proyectos.
