The Total Production Cost (TPC) Purchasing Program Manager is a member of the North America
Purchasing Program Management Team, within the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Organization. As a TPC Purchasing Program Manager, you will serve Stellantis customers by ensuring our vehicle programs are as cost-competitive as possible.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Ownership of ambitious vehicle program cost targets
Savings idea generation and tracking
Utilization of a variety of innovative cost reduction tools and methodologies
Executive-level reporting
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or another related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Supplier Operations, Finance, or other related disciplines
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and low cost country sourcing principles
Demonstrated ability to data mine, analyze supplier costs and derive negotiation strategies from price breakdown forms
Organized, self-motivated, and ability to project lead cross functional teams to deliver on time
Strong written and verbal communication skills required; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of GPSC and Cross Functional Leadership
MS Office and Google proficiency, familiarity navigating QlikSense / Power BI application
Preferred Qualifications
Previous program/project management role or demonstrated skills
Familiarity working with System Cost Engineering, Supply Chain, VAVE, Brand, and Product
